This Monday's session will be devoted to our Annual General Meeting, which all members of the Viewfinder Photographic Society are entitled to attend. In accordance with the VPS Constitution, the Agenda for the meeting has already been circulated to all members along with last year's AGM minutes.
We look forward to seeing as many members as possible at this meeting.
Last call for VPS exhibition prints
Submitting your prints on Monday 24th September
If your prints are ready, mounted, labelled and titled please bring them along to the Monday evening VPS session.
As well as submitting mounted prints for the exhibition, we need titles (so that we can prepare labels), along with a digital image for each picture submitted, suitable for projection (1000px on the longest side is adequate). Please send these to Andrew by 24th September at the latest, making sure that the image filename contains your name and links to the relevant title.
The beaches in Perth are world-famous for their beautiful white sand and clear blue water. When seen from above, you also discover the currents and swirls that are created here when the waves hit offshore reefs. While the patterns in the water may be beautiful, they also create powerful undertows that can be dangerous for surfers and swimmers.
