Fosse Hill Jet Ski Centre

Monday, 6th August 2018 (7.00pm - 9.00pm)

On Monday, we're hoping for some wet and wild action when we visit the Jet Ski Centre at the Fosse Hill Holiday Park, Brandesburton. Whilst there's no guarantee that Jet Skis will be on the lake, the Centre's owner, Tony, assures us that it's a popular time of the year and we're welcome to just turn up with our cameras and start 'snapping'.

Suggested meeting place: Fosse Hill Holiday Park car park, Catwick Lane, Brandesburton, East Yorkshire YO25 8SB.

A Caravan of Camels

Source imagery: Jarrad Seng Photography

A caravan of camels is herded across the Australian Outback, casting shadows on the barren terrain. Between 1870 and 1920, roughly 20,000 camels were brought to Australia from India, Afghanistan and the Arabian Peninsula. Today, the country’s feral camel population is over 1 million and is considered a nuisance to Outback communities.
