World Photography Day 2019
August 19th is observed each year as World Photography Day and aims to inspire photographers across the planet to share a single image with a simple purpose; to share their world with the world, and originates from the invention of the Daguerreotype process developed by Louis Daguerre & Joseph Nicephore Niepce in 1837. Our members were challenged to submit an image taken on this day showing either where they were, who they were with, how they were feeling, what they were doing or maybe, all of the above.
